Is the Smoke-Smoke Fruit actually the weakest Logia?
Logia-type Devil Fruits are supposed to be top-tier.
So why do so many Japanese fans agree that one of them is just… bad?

Japanese readers aren’t just comparing raw stats — they’re comparing roles.
Once Haki became standard and “upper compatible” Logia powers appeared, Smoke-Smoke lost its identity.
It doesn’t control the battlefield, doesn’t threaten instant death, and doesn’t scale well on paper.
