Eiichiro Oda (Author) A: I see. That’s an interesting question. Considering how dangerous he is, a bounty of 500 million or more would probably be a safe bet. Luffy was lucky that he was made of rubber. However, just as Luffy himself said, there are far more absurdly powerful guys in the Blue Sea. Enel wouldn’t be able to rule the world.
